Greg responded very quickly to my request for servicing my plotter. Derek the technician arrived the next day, diagnosed the problem and repaired the plotter. Great company with reasonable pricing. They are my go to for future repairs.

I had a very old, but still functioning color laserjet that began having problems with the toner cartridges. Gary came out to my business as soon as he was able and let me know during the day that it would be later than expected. He worked on the printer for about an hour and a half and did determine what the problem was but advised that it really wouldn't be worth it to repair due to cost of the parts and age of the printer. He also gave me advice on another printer I had, and did not charge me for the time he spent working on the printer. He only charged me for the service call and said I could text him any questions I have when looking for a new printer and he would be happy to give me his recommendations. I really appreciated his responsiveness, honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend Machine Fix to anyone needing printer servicing or repair.
