Service tech came out to help us and was very friendly and professional. After we didn't have a complete set of replacement ink carriages and the first print head was deemed to be defective, they came back to finish the job and got us working again. Highly recommend them.

I had a very old, but still functioning color laserjet that began having problems with the toner cartridges. Gary came out to my business as soon as he was able and let me know during the day that it would be later than expected. He worked on the printer for about an hour and a half and did determine what the problem was but advised that it really wouldn't be worth it to repair due to cost of the parts and age of the printer. He also gave me advice on another printer I had, and did not charge me for the time he spent working on the printer. He only charged me for the service call and said I could text him any questions I have when looking for a new printer and he would be happy to give me his recommendations. I really appreciated his responsiveness, honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend Machine Fix to anyone needing printer servicing or repair.

An office printer that is an important part of our daily operations was not working. We needed it fixed ASAP. I called MCS, and a technician was here within a couple of hours. The problem was fixed before lunch.

I had previously called Ricoh for a service call, but was told that since the printer was out of warranty and not under a service contract that we were a "low priority."

MCS charged HALF of what was quoted by Ricoh, responded immediately to our request and fixed the problem.

We are a happy customer.
