Lauren did an incredible job of taking our engagementphotos. I coordinated with Lauren about a week before through Thumbtack and planned the surprise engagement in Lambertville. She was there when we arrived and my fiancée was totally oblivious that anything was about to happen. When I did propose, Lauren captured the whole thing. We then proceeded to do a photoshoot which was a lot of fun. We got the pictures back within a day and selected the ones for editing; it has been less than a week and we received our edited photos. They look absolutely amazing! She captured not only this special moment but also our personalities too. Lauren has been amazing to work with—if you’re looking for a photographer who is professional, kind, and talented, then you should absolutely hire Lauren for your event. My fiancé and I are so grateful we have these pictures that celebrate our engagement!

Lauren was more than great !
Our event was not your typical structured event and was mostly improv of sorts. Lauren worked great in the background capturing moments beautifully, making the event feel very organic and not staged. The candids as well as the portraits turned out amazing !

Lauren did both our maternity photoshoots and suggested lovely outdoor locations both times. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't want to turn away anyone because of pricing! I believe that everyone has a right to reasonable photography that fills them with happy memories. For this reason, I can be flexible for nearly any project - just ask me and be honest about your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography classes in college, dark room 35mm photography summer intensives, Lightroom and Photoshop full comprehension
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved photography ever since I was old enough to pick up a camera. Even as a teen I was obsessively taking photos of everything I saw around me. It's truly a joy to continue to photograph into my adult, professional life.
