I haven't ridden in years and I was afraid that I would have lost any of the skills I'd developed when I was younger. Ruth was great at pinpointing where I could use development and what areas I still had a solid base in. Every week I learn something new and strengthen the areas I've already learned. She's always on time and ready to go as soon as I arrive. I love working with her and am excited to keep improving under her direction

I've been taking hour long private lessons with Ruth since the end of April. She's a terrific instructor: patient, encouraging, precise. Hank is a great horse to learn on: very smooth and well behaved. Started with one lesson per week; quickly moved to two. I am sooooo LOVING my riding lessons with Ruth and Hank.

I am an adult rider and over the years have had many instructors. Ruth has proven to be, by far, the best teacher I have ever had. Through her combined method of training, I have developed my riding skills dramatically and have gained a sense of confidence I had not believed possible. I now own my own horse and continue to train with Ruth to further develop my understanding of the sport and to enhance my level of riding.
