We made an appointment and he called that he can't make it and he will come the following say. The next day I asked if he is still coming, texted back yes. Few hours later ghosted us, no response. We still have a leaking roof and I wasted days thinking that he will do the job. I am sure he is a great roofer based on the reviews here, but he demonstrated that he is not reliable to us.
