Introduction: I’m so glad you found me! Since 2016, I have provided a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space in which people of all ages and backgrounds can explore their spirituality and discover deeper meaning in their lives. I offer a unique perspective, informed by decades of study and practice in the Theravada Buddhist tradition, while also engaging deeply with the Christian contemplative, Jewish, Hindu, Sufi, and non-dual paths. My approach is multifaith yet spiritually independent, honoring the perennial wisdom underlying all spiritual traditions. I welcome seekers of all religions, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. All are welcome here. I extend a special welcome to those who consider themselves spiritual-but-not-religious, those who have felt marginalized by traditional religion, and those who feel they don't fit into a particular tradition and long to have in-depth conversations about their particular sense of the spiritual. I have certification in Spiritual Direction and am a certified Mindfulness meditation teacher. I also hold a Master's degree in Communications and Environmental Education from Antioch University/New England. First session is complimentary. After that my rate is $90.00 for an hour session. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a sliding scale fee structure. It's important to me to make spiritual direction and companionship affordable for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a complimentary, one-hour exploratory session where a new client can learn more about my approach to spiritual direction, ask questions, and experience an abbreviated session. There is no obligation to continue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received certification in 2017 in Spiritual Direction from Oasis Ministries Spiritual Direction for Spiritual Guides training program. I also received certification as a Mindfulness meditation teacher from Sage Institute for Creativity and Consciousness. I also have a Master's degree from Antioch University/New England in Communcations and Environmental Education. I am currently enrolled in a Trauma-based spiritual direction training program.
