Recently had an incident in kitchen that quickly escalated into the living room. These guys were extremly professional and knowledgeable. Were able to take care of my problem in a quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend to anyone with any flooding or restoration needs.

When a bathroom plumbing emergency hit me with water dripping down the walls in my kitchen, my plumber could only handle part of the repair. They recommended Restoration 1. Joey and Kelly have been incredible - communicative, up front, honest, and putting me at ease since the second they walked through my door. Any issues with work or insurance? they're handling it faster than I could. Questions on what to do or how to do it? They're on top of it. I lucked into them and wish every contractor was like this! My bathroom is going to end up nicer than it started out for the cost of what insurance covers - a rarity, I'm told! These guys are true experts.

After having a contract company bust my Main sewer pipe during a repair and flooded my whole basement with human waste. Kelly from restoration 1 came out and completely took care of the situation. From dealing with my homeowners insurance trying to mess around with us, to gutting and soon reconstructing my entire basement. Kelly kept us updated on everything.He made my family extremely comfortable during this ordeal. I would recommend this company 1000 times over.
