Joey and Kelly were awesome! They removed the damaged floor, sprayed for mold, explained the process, cleaned up, and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and considerate of my situation.

I am writing a part 1- first of all I want to say Kelly, Joe and Brian were all so great. Kelly has been there whenever I reached out to him. We had an attic fire 2 weeks before Christmas. Kelly did all he could to help us. He went above and beyond. We were stuck with an emergency move out and he came in full force with his team to move our belongings and start demolition. He was not going to leave until his job was done for that night. Brian his compassion for my sons room was awesome during a time that we were most vulnerable. Erin- sweetheart she just kept moving and making sure things were cared for in such an emergent situation. We have only stated this journey and I hope to update you as we go.

When I contacted Restoration 1 they were at my home in about 20 minutes to take a look at the damage. The guy that I dealt with was very professional and walked me through every step of the process. Made me feel real comfortable. I can't express how grateful I am for their assistance with everything.

Joey and his team did the work marvelously and efficiently. They seemed to know the people who can help me fix my house back up. It was an amazing experience. They were available for 24 hr. emergency service through an actual person who answered. My kitchen and basement was completely restored as if nothing had happened. These guys deserve the recognition.
