- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was unhappy with the job I had and decided to go to culinary school later on in life. It was the second best decision I made other than asking my wife of 16 years to marry me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do daily or weekly meals for clients who are too busy to cook for themselves or their families. I also do dinner parties prepared in the comfort of your own home. This way you can enjoy your guests without worrying about meal shopping, prep, cooking serving or cleanup.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I feed the less fortunate every Friday at a church in West Chester.
