Mike was good to deal with (e.g., discussion possible causes and approaches to correct my problem) before even starting the job. When performing the work, I was pleased that he was courteous, professional and *clean* in his work and work space. He followed up (and I am satisfied!) after the work was complete.
I would not hesitate to call him again.

Clean neat " I can do that no problem" kind of person. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Had to work in the evening, and was here when he said , although we had to call to check when in the evening he would be arriving.
