I contacted Breeze Designs for plans to renovate an accessory dwelling unit that had code violations. Keith responded the day I inquired and continued to be exceptionally responsive. He immediatelyprovided a cost estimate and rough schedule. I recieved the plans earlier than expected and perfectly detailed for my needs. Very impressive and at a reasonable cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the project to find out budget, scope of work. Upon a mutual commitment, we measure the existing structure to provide an accurate plan to be renovated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architectural drafting- VoTech;
Worked on a construction crew to experience real world construction methods and actual problems in the structural realm;
Lafayette College- Engineering degree;
Engineering apprenticeship;
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took architectural drafting in Vocational Technical School for 3 high school years and landed a co-op job at an engineering firm. That same company hired me when I graduated and put me through Engineering college. I decided to move on from that company in 1985 to start my own business focusing on residential and commercial design. I’ve been enjoying the career ever since!
