- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NR stays up to speed on current trends in the industry by following blogs, and reading reviews of new techniques and products available. Additional training - such as carpet spots, and coating floors are performed on a regular basis.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential carpet, and Tile and Grout.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it comes to carpet - do they use an acid rinse? If not, solution will remain in the carpet (causing the carpet to be crunchy). This will speed up re-soiling because the solution acts like a sponge to attract soil and grease. Always ask for an acid rinse for the carpet. Also, be sure to ask to have the carpet groomed before and after cleaning. Grooming before opens up the fibers so that insoluble dirt can be extracted prior to cleaning. Grooming afterwards lifts the fibers up to dry quicker and rejuvenate the carpet.
