My husband and I hired Michele to demo our existing tile backsplash and install a new one in our new home. She did a fantastic job. We have a lot going on as we just finished moving and had work and family events to schedule around but she stuck to her promised start date. She anticipated the project to take around 2 to 3 days and the project was finished then. She was on time every day and cleaned up after herself every single day. She is very skilled in the trade, the backsplash looks stunning! This is my second time installing backsplash and in my last project it took months to complete and I had to fire a contractor and find a new one after tiles were crooked, slanting inward/outward, the pattern was ignored, etc. I had zero problems with Michele, she did fantastic work. I will use her again, and recommend her to everyone!
