- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't be fooled thinking paying more = better work. My rates are lower, but I work from home, have no employees and can charge less because of that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to learn what's needed and gather as much info up front as I can. Hopefully, the customer has the usernames & passwords I'll need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owned a web design company since 1998. Completed hundreds of websites. Worked with clients in 8 countries and 44 states.
