About

Being a current athlete (International Wrestler) and former mma fighter/boxer I have the ability to train from the standpoint of an athlete and coach. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a certified Speed Development Coach. I am also an experienced boxing and kickboxing instructor. I have a Master's in Exercise Physiology so I am very fluid in corrective exercise. I have the knowledge and experience to train clients of all ages and fitness levels. I worked with Chris for over a year. He would correct movements to make sure I did them safely, worked around my schedule and increased both my strength and cardio endurance. The workouts were always well thought out and intense. Chris was a great motivator helping me push past my limits. It was definitely time and money well spent.

Chris is awesome! My 14 year old daughter really enjoys how he trains her in boxing and kicking. Then he developed an entirely different set of exercises for me (at 58) to help me achieve my goals. Patient and very knowledgeable!
