I charge $15 an hour to waitress and depending on services, $15-25 to bartend per hour.

I have been a banquet waitress for over 30 years. I work private parties or large events. I can set up a buffet or serve dinners. I can cut wedding cakes. I can bartend.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at a catering business when I was 16 and stayed there until they closed 30 years later. Since then I have worked part time for an agency that hires out waitresses and bartenders. I am also a school teacher. I am RAMP certified as a bartender.
