Free estimates, referral discounts offered, one time travel fee of $50-$100 charged for jobs over 60 miles dependent on location and distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get in contact with the customer, understand their situation and then understand their needs to resolve their situation. Then I give an estimate after reviewing the issue. If the customer decides to proceed, I request 60% of the price upfront to cover most materials and starting cost, and when completed with the project the final payment to be payed in full.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned the skills and knowledge needed through working with and foe others on different projects and jobs growing up as a kid.
