- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 100$ trip charge fee which covers the first hour, after that it’s $35/hr, plus parts. Most issues are resolved within the first hour. If you decide you want to replace your system I discount 50% of the service call from the installation price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk about the job/project with them to get a full understanding on their needs. I tend to get off topic also to get to know each other on a personal level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to tech school at Dean Tech. I obtained my associates degree and a universal epa certification. I am also in local 95 union for Operating Engineers.
