Our air-conditioning was blowing warm air and the fan was humming. With the intense temperature we were needed someone immediately. I call Proficient and they returned my call immediately. I discussed the issue I was having and Donnie said I will be there in a few hours. He was here promptly as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem repaired it immediately.The air conditioner is working and we highly recommend Donnie for his knowledge, his honesty and a quick response. Thank you again Donnie! My Trianco Heatmaker saw its last days recently. I had a few contractors come and give me quotes. Only two were responsive and considerate, Donnie being one of them. Even though it was right around when everyone was firing up their heat for the first time this year, Donnie made sure to keep in touch and updated on everything going on. Proficient HVAC was reasonably priced and worked with me by giving me a few options on what would work best. Once I decided to work with him, he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and aware throughout the whole process. Both him and his team did a great job with the new install. The piping and wiring is meticulously organized in how it was installed as you can see, even worked painstakingly well with the existing conditions that were in the way in some locations. And when one existing thermostat wasnt wired to work with the new system, he worked with my schedule to be there and talk through our options before installing it. He even let me make a walkthrough video on how the new system runs and the different shut offs he installed in the event that an issue may arise or if for some reason service may be needed down the road. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done in their house and/or business.
