Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and would like to respond clearly. It’s misleading to suggest that three days were spent solely on active labor. All circumstances and steps were clearly communicated and discussed. Your understanding and agreement were expressed, and we proceeded accordingly based on that mutual understanding. The hallway job was completed professionally, including necessary preparation, custom cuts and included additional tasks not agreed upon, in an effort to retroactively justify the fixed price without additional compensation. Under these circumstances we were transparent as we are with all our clients to avoid surprises; it’s disappointing to see that misrepresented in your review. Your reference to a “heated argument” is inaccurate. Any assistance offered by your husband was voluntary and unsolicited. While we respect every client's right to share feedback, we stand by the integrity of our work and how we conduct ourselves.
