- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Many things are dependent upon the unique specifications of that particular project, such as laborers needed, travel time, duration of work until completion of the project. Rates, what is necessary to complete the job and cost are discussed in person with the homeowners after the initial estimate is generated.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am fond of all the work we do. Some projects are tougher than others, but there is always a sense of satisfaction and pride when you have done an excellent job, the right way, without cutting corners, and the customer loves it. I probably wouldn't be in this line of work if I wasn't 'fond of' every project we accomplished.
