Ailene came to my daughter's 7th birthday party in Murrysville, PA. She arrived on time, was great with kids and had a large selection of designs. She was fantastic! I'd love to book her again for future events!

Ailene was amazing! She showed up early and was setup and ready to go. She was so nice and great with the kids. We hired her for an hour but the girls at the party all came back for seconds and she stayed as long as we needed her to. She was so professional and her work is absolutely beautiful. All of the adults were amazed at how beautiful and intricate her work was. If we would need her and she would have us, we would definitely hire her again in a heartbeat.

Ailene was great! We had a party for my 8 year old daughter with 17 girls and she was great with them. She had a variety of detailed options to select from and the girls lived their faces when she was done. I would recommend her to anyone.

I could only pick 3 highlights, but I would also add responsiveness and punctuality. Ailene responded within 24 hours and was able to accommodate our request the week of the event. She also kept us posted of her arrival time and even with a little bit of traffic, still arrive on time and got right to work. Kids were lining up while she was still getting her materials out of the car. She worked non stop for 2 hours, even through a little bit of rain. Ailene was so good with all the kids (and the few adults) that got their faces painted. She offered so many different styles and gave her full attention to each kid. Would highly recommend Ailene to any one needing professional face painting services for a great price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My usual prices are $85 for the first hour and $65 for each additional hours. I do offer discounts for week days and events over 4 hours.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always painted and loved many other types of art. What started me face painting was my daughter. She loved to have her face painted everywhere we went that offered it she wanted it done. So when she was about 6 I bought some face paint online and started to paint her and other friends and family and I fell in love with it. My favorite part is the look in their eyes and the excitement when they see their face in the mirror. I'm always looking for the newest techniques and anything else I can do to make my face painting stand. ;About 2 years ago I decided to add airbrush tattoos to my business and and I'm working on adding gem clusters and henna!
