Introduction: I am a Nationally Certified massage therapist who has been in practice since 2004. I am trained in many different massage and bodywork techniques: John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Reiki, Swedish, Deep tissue, Orthopedic Neuromuscular therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Lypossage, Hot Stone, and Chair massage. Recently, my training in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release has been a large focus for my clients helping them to restore a pain-free lifestyle. For clients looking for a more traditional massage, I utilize many different modalities in a session tailored to their specific needs. My clients love how I always know where they need the work and hit all their problem areas. Many people have complimented on my flow and my strength. The Reiki I am attuned in is also the pure Usui lineage, therefore, many clients feel even more energy than with other types of Reiki. During my career, I have worked in different facilities, including chiropractor's offices, yoga studios, a spa, and a gym. Currently, I have been at Nazareth Chiropractic for 6 years. It is important to me to provide my client with a relaxing atmosphere, even though most of my clients come to me for pain relief instead of "relaxation". My clients' health and well-being are my priority. It is important for me to convey to them that healing comes from within. I feel honored to work with everyone who comes into my office.
