- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to speak with a customer in order to answer any questions they may have, as well as clarify what type of event or reading they have in mind. I can be clear on pricing and they can be clear on what they can expect. I do not like to discuss personal details about them or their guests. I do not want or need names, other than the first name of the person booking the event.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to understand what a psychic reader is capable of. We do not predict the future. Any visions we have are a most likely scenario based on that moment, and could change in literally seconds. I do not try to influence anyone in their decision making based on what I "see.". Rather, I explain the energy of the situation, the pieces they may not be seeing, and the most likely energy shown to me as presenting itself in the future, in order to give them a better understanding and as many tools and as much knowledge as possible to assist them in their journey.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I can think of two right away ...What areas of my life am I interested in hearing about (job, relationships, life changes, family, spiritual journey) is a good start. This helps focus the energy of the reading and will yield accurate results than "what does the universe want me to know about my life'. Also, because I am also a medium, I want them to consider if they are comfortable with someone that has passed coming through with a message. This is important. If the client is not comfortable with this I will respect that decision, but it is much less awkward to know that ahead of time. It happens more frequently than one would think, and is not something I feel should be a spot of the moment decision.
