Overall very pleased. They showed up on time and worked for a solid two hours. We werent offered a before and after view of our ducts, which I really wanted, but I have no reason to believe they arent much better than they were. They did leave a small amount of debris on the floor by our furnace. I emailed the company right after they left to ask about the before and after photos, and mentioned the debris left. Within 20 minutes, I received a phone call with an offer to come back the next day and clean it up. I politely declined as we had already taken care of it, and we were given a refund to make up for it. Excellent business practice by the ones running this company. Very accommodating, friendly and respectful. We will utilize again for sure. Thank you!

The gentleman whom did the work was very proffenal . Knew what he was doing & whenever I question what he was doing he would explain in terms I could understand. Made me feel very comfortable.
