The scope of my project changed a few times as we worked through the details, and Jarret never once questioned my decisions or made me feel pressured. Instead, he provided his professional and expert opinion, explained my options, and allowed me to make the decision that best fit my needs.
He showed up on time, answered all of my questions professionally, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I actually learned quite a bit about the electrical work and why certain things needed to be done a particular way, which I really appreciated.
Jarret was also upfront and transparent about pricing from the beginning and was willing to look for ways to save me money or provide a discount where he could. That kind of honesty and willingness to work with the customer really stood out to me.
