- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From introduction we provide a complete walkthrough explaining the service start to finish includingwhat we can and cannot do so our customers are well educated to the service they are receiving from our technicians and crew. As well we explain costs and options that the customer has we may suggest services but we will never force them on a customer we also believe in upfront accurate quotes and honesty when and if other issues are found during the job. a homeowner should never be shocked thats why we keep the homeowners in constant contact up to date with their project
