I highly recommend Wall to Wall Cleaning! We got our living room carpet professionally cleaned, in addition to a standard cleaning. We are SO happy! We have pets. We had horrible pet stains. I knew we needed a professional. Bathrooms are immaculate! Every pet stain is gone! I still can’t believe it. I couldn’t believe how much dirt was in our area rug. It was a dramatic difference.

I contacted them to clean my son & daughter-in-law's house and they got back to me immediately (unlike some others I reached out to). They gave me an estimate and amount going forward for what I needed and reached out to my daughter-in-law right away to set up a time. They communicated with each other and on the day of cleaning, Thomas called me to just let me know that they were scheduled for that day and what time. It was super nice to have communication! I wasn't aware that they were going over that day and they didn't have to call me (I am in Columbus and my kids are in Youngstown) but did anyway. These days customer service and communication are so rare ! My son & daughter-in-law liked them and were super pleased with their work; they will be having them clean monthly.
