They did an excellent and very timely job. The entire process was clearly explained, with a detailed breakdown of the work and a fair price.
What impressed me most was their communication. They responded quickly and provided clear, specific answers about the schedule and next steps. They also took the time to answer many of my questions, which really helped me better understand the mold remediation process. At first, I did not pay much attention to this because there are several larger companies with many more reviews. However, I found that some of those companies were much slower to respond and often gave vague timelines rather than clear answers.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them!
