NF Home Inspections

Introduction: I do a general education of your new home. I will evaluate the physical condition of a home including the structure, the overall construction, and the components of the home which include, but are not limited to, items like roofing, exterior, interiors, structural components, electrical systems, plumbing systems, safety of property and more. I am AHIT trained and certified but now I already retired. I know a great way to learn about the age of equipment, how to maintain it to extend the lifespan and just general knowledge that most home inspectors don't know or don't tell you.
