Our 2 year old washer stopped working all of a sudden. We tried contacting whirlpool support, home depot but were unable to get a response from either. So much for the extended warranty promise! I found Tom through thumbtack and he responded to me the same day and was able to squeeze us an appointment immediately. He arrived on time and fixed the issue in a jiffy. I have his contact saved and now I know where to go if I ever ran into any issue with my appliances at home. Thanks, Tom!
