Precision did a good job with replacing my old deck. There were some initial engineering issues with my old house but Pete took the time to work through them successfully.
There were some issues a few weeks after the work was completed. Precision came out and corrected those issues.
Overall a good job. I am satisfied with the deck that they built.

Work was not good, I was not happy, wrong kind of screws used on wall and had to cover it with one long piece of deck material with the right screws, gap in middle of step, corners not even, gaps where rodents can go under deck, top of wall not even. Neighbor was not happy with connecting my frame wall to there's and wanted them to make wall on my property line, the top of walls connecting was alright. Leaving overnight first day of two my other neighbor on the other side of me contacted me and was very angry about them leaving long wood,deck material and tie down straps on their side of lawn and they wanted to cut their grass. I ending up moving all of it myself. The boss had to leave early second day and wanted other half of payment and I said ok, I even gave him $50.00 extra for me being a good guy, sorry I did. (Lesson learned) Said he would come back next day to go over it with me, never came or called. End of work contract was to be sent to me but never came. Good thing I made my own contact of first half payment signed and end of work contract payment in full signed by him both times with my signature also. My copy and his copy i gave him to cover my ×××. See photos.
