Omar was a great person and a great personality, he did really great work at my sister's house... Just cuz of him the market value of the house went up, so it was definitely worth the money, definitely use him he laid out our rocks very neat

Omar quoted me $1,500 to remove 180 linear feet of ridge capping and existing ridge vent. Once at the job, he told me the materials were twice the cost, even though I told him the 4' cobra ridge vent was $10 piece, which is $97.40 for a box of 10 at Homedepot. Maybe he did not do his homework and check on the price of cap shingles. So he call me and told me he needed $2,000 because his cost of materials was double what he thought. I agreed on the new price. Once finished the project, he wanted $2,700, stupidly I sent him $2,500. I had other projects for him to do. He quoted me $350 to reset a gutter and make sure all gutters were clean. He called me the next morning and told me I was unethical and could not work for me. For a man who is so ethical, why did Omar keep the over charge of $500 then text me I need to stay off drugs which my doctor prescribed due to knee surgery 2 days prior??? Please think twice about using this contractor.
