I received a free inspection and a fairly priced quote. The tech came on time and did everything we agreed upon. Very professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable.

Details: 5 rooms • 5+ beds • 3 couches • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Yes, I can temporarily vacate the property for a few days if needed

I had a pretty bad ants problem in my house to the point where they were invading my food. Rick came out and within minutes of him arriving he found the main enterance of the ants. He treated around my house, as well as inside and I can say that I haven't seen any of the little ants anymore. We still have carpenter ants but he said it could take a few more days for them to die down. He also responded to a short notice mouse complaints by having service technician Jordon come out a week after our initial visit to place mouse traps down since I was finding droppings in my kitchen under my stove, as well as in my oven drawer and in my pantry. To say I am happy with his service would be an understatement. Rick and his team are truly professional, courteous, and there to help when needed.

I called Truly Nolen and Rick and his son came the same day I called. They were polite, professional, explained what they were going to do before they did it, did exactly what they said they were going to do. They told me the bees will be gone in 24 hours and the bees were gone later that night. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family

I couldn't be happier I had a bedbug problem and a ant problem. They took care of ant problem at no charge. Gave me a great price on bedbugs and I also got 90 day guarantee so far so good.
