Josh and Kevin were punctual, responsive and experts. My HVAC system needed a diagnostic check due to inconsistent cooling issues. Sent a request, got an immediate call back and Bosh solutions were at my door in less than 1 hr.
Josh recommended inspection, maintenance cleaning (soiled condenser) and 1 lb of refrigerant. The job was completed in less than 2 hrs with significant improvement in cooling and super heat. Answered every question I had and put everything in layman terms. They were transparent about the costs upfront which was fair and reasonable. I am very pleased. 10/10 services and two thumbs up.
