- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When selling a property, the commission is decided on between the seller and their selling agent. When representing a buyer, the buyer agents commission is paid by the selling agents brokerage (therefore the seller pays for the buyer agents commission). Commission is not set by law and is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather detailed information by phone or in person. I listen and ask the right questions. Then I get to work putting together a plan that will meet my clients needs and goals for selling or buying a home. Clients expect and deserve to receive accurate and reliable information promptly. Selling and buying real estate can be complex and sometimes stressful so excellent communication is key and will give the client peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in PA & NJ I stay current will continuing education and licensing requirements which are required by law. In order to continue to offer a high level of service and professionalism, I remain current with the changing trends of real estate. I am consistently educating and increasing my knowledge so I am able to service my clients at the highest level. I am very resourceful and know how to access the information they need. Some of my designations are as follows: Graduate of Princeton School of Real Estate, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Institute Specialist.
