Had a leak through the ceiling. He open the ceiling and fixed replaced the drain. He replied immediately and came right away since it was an urgent matter. He has to come back to repair the ceiling after everything is dried out. Had planned to use him again. This is a rental and I live out of town and he communicated with me every step of the way, until he got paid. I was going out of the country for a week and so I paid him BEFORE he came back to repair the ceiling. Big mistake! This is something I don't usually do, but because he was so prompt I didn't want to make him wait until I got back. The day he said he would come back he was a no show. The next day he was 2 hours late. He did not repair the ceiling, which I asked him if he could do before I hired him, since I had another plummer who said they would repair the ceiling. He just stuck a piece of sheet rock in the hole in the ceiling and left. When I asked him about this he said, "People like you are cheap and want something for nothing. Any other plummer would have been alot more (money) and not fixed the ceiling. I am not going to spend any more time with it, so calling me is a waste of time." I paid him Exactly the amount he quoted me. If there was an additional cost he could have said so and I would have paid it. I SPOKE TO HIM AFTER HE FINISHED THE PLUMBING PART AND HE NEVER SAID HE NEEDED MORE MONEY, BUT HE HAD NOT BEEN PAID YET. After he was paid all of a sudden it was not enough. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.Apr 24, 2017VerifiedWendell H.'s reply
