Outstanding. Laura got me scheduled quickly, she and her partner arrived when she said they would, and they really did an amazing job cleaning our house, which was in *rough* shape. My bathroom is cleaner than when I had it professionally cleaned before we moved in this summer! They even organized some things that I haven't gotten around to unpacking yet. Obvious attention to detail. Really appreciated being able to pay with venmo. Looking forward to regular service! Thank you!!!

Laura & Nicholas did a first time cleaning for me yesterday. They did an outstanding job, left everything sparkling clean and smelling fresh. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Most importantly I felt totally comfortably with them in my home which is so important to me. i have already scheduled my next cleaning.

She was very professional yet personable at the same time. Nikki's cleaning was very impressive as well, but SHINEFINDERS just offered more value for the charge. The others although scheduled never showed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely reasonable comparatively speaking. We mostly charge between 25 an hour to 35 depending on how many people are needed, and how big the task is, and if it is residential or commercial.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first go over the size of home, how often you need cleanings, how many pets and animal care, pricing, security and try to make new customers feel comfortable and secure with their new home assistant. every home is different, with different needs...we try to accomadate whatever it is you need particular help with, while creating a cheerful, relaxing atmosphere.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most workers have finished college, currently in college or have some college. some of various degrees of our Home Assistants are in accounting or design. We strive to hire those who have goals and set out to achieve them.
