Dr. Nickols is an amazing speakervery engaging, extremely knowledgeable and quite relatable. He delivered a very motivating talk on leadership that managed to inspire and empower teens as well as their parents. The audience walked away feeling inspired and enriched. Our organization, which focuses on youth leadership development, looks forward to having Dr. Nickols as the keynote speaker at future events.

Dr. Mitch Nickols is an excellent presenter and inspiring motivational speaker. His diverse and depth of experience at organizing, consulting, and coaching really showed through when he spoke at one of our district men's meetings. Dr. Nickol's leadership skills are second to none. He was prompt, professional, and profound. There was no doubt that day. He left the men that attended our meeting with a greater sense of direction and purpose. If I could point to one drawback, it would be that we did not have enough time schedule with Dr. Nickols to go deeper into the material he was presenting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with some clients on an hourly fee, but with others on a flat fee basis. Sometimes the fee is kept relatively low for professionals with my level of experience so that we can discuss building a longer term relationship with some organizations. I love working with and providing some coaching expertise with the top executives or managers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Willing to customize my motivational speaking to the customers' needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a graduate school professor in Organizational Leadership for approx. 17 years and try to stay on the cutting edge with fresh information on leadership development, coaching, training, speaks often to both young people and adults, etc.
