We had several of our windows replaced today by Grand Opening Windows & Doors and I just had to immediately write about our AMAZING experience! From start to finish, the process was completely enjoyable - everyone we worked with was honest, down-to-earth, friendly, and knowledgeable. The windows themselves are a magnificent product. The installation crew was professional, fast, helpful, and when they left, there was not as much as a scrap of paper on the floor! They made sure we understood how our new windows worked and did not such us through any of our questions. The company's prices are extremely fair, their work ethic impeccable, and in general, just a pure pleasure to work with. We HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you, Grand Opening - we will be back when we are ready for more work!

The team at Grand Opening Windows and Doors were wonderful to work with. The owners worked with us to determine what we needed. They were very thorough in their explanation, and the price they quoted was reasonable and affordable. They kept us apprised regarding the status of the delivery of our windows and the installation date.The installation team arrived as scheduled. They took the time to explain each step of the process. They were courteous and efficient in everything they did. In less than 8 hours they removed all the old windows and installed the new ones. They hauled away all the old debris. On the second day, they did all the final touches. They washed the windows, cleaned everything. Most important is they did no damage. We could not be more pleased with this company. Their service is top rate and we highly recommend Grand Opening Windows & Doors.

We used Grand Opening Windows & Doors on three different occasions, for both replacement windows and a custom sliding door. In every instance they communicated well, showed up when they said they would, behaved in a professional manner, and did a nice job cleaning up the job site every day they were here. Even better, 6 months after install when I had a problem with a window jumping off its track and getting stuck, they showed up the same day I called and promptly fixed the problem. Now thats customer service!
