- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I'm extremely reasonable, with price. and give them a good quality lawn care experience. I want the customer to get the biggest bang for their buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introducing myself. promoting what my business does and setting up work around customers schedule . Customer priorities are number 1. Always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in lawn care and maintenance in general since I was a kid. Mowing neighbors yards in the summer to pulling weeds for my grandmother . Over time I've grown my skill set to a higher level. No formal training but a ton of experience . I did acquire an EPA certification to become a maintenance technician when I worked in nursing and rehab centers . also acquired an HVAC apprenticeship liscense as well for building maintenance. all prior to KC LAWN CARE.
