Estimates are always free. Once we see the issue, we provide a clear, itemized price with no surprises. We also offer a cash‑pay discount as a way to help customers save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things easy for new customers. During your appointment, we take a look at the exterior, snap photos of anything we find, and walk you through the best options for your home. Afterward, we send a clean, easy‑to‑read electronic proposal where you can review your choices and e‑sign whenever you’re ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience in the roofing and exterior industry, with a background rooted in building materials, product performance, and installation consultation. That experience gives us a strong understanding of how materials should be installed, how they hold up over time, and what solutions make the most sense for each home.
