FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of service, scope of work, time involved, location, and whether support is virtual or in person. One-time and ongoing service options are available. Certain local services may include a travel fee, and rush or same-day requests may include additional fees. Deposits are required when applicable before services begin, and payment plan options may be available for qualifying services. All pricing and applicable fees are discussed before the client commits to service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the customer and what type of support they are looking for. If it appears that my services may be a good fit, we schedule a complimentary pre-screening to discuss their needs, expectations, services, and pricing in more detail. Before moving forward, we make sure the working relationship is a good fit for both sides. Once services are agreed upon, required agreements are completed, payment or the applicable deposit is received, and the client receives onboarding information before services begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes education and professional experience across administrative support, customer service, office operations, healthcare, and business environments. I am also a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public and continue to expand my professional training and knowledge. I believe learning should continue throughout your career, especially when supporting clients with different businesses, systems, and needs.
