I had a peeling silicone roof on my flat-roof garage, and Matt came out to assess the situation. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a clear and concise solution that was easy for me to understand. Compared to other companies I received quotes from, Matt’s detailed scope of work gave me confidence that he would do the job right. Impressed with his expertise, I decided to add two additional projects for him: fixing some soffit and installing a metal mesh on the exterior of the building to prevent animal intrusion. Once again, Matt provided effective solutions for both issues, demonstrating his extensive experience in roofing. Moreover, his pricing was competitive, making the decision even easier. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free, and im extremely competitive with your bigger named companies. Also if a full roof replacement is requested from my website there is a $500 coupon!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming out taking measurements, assessing all issues, taking pictures, discribing the materials and process with samples and demonstratings. This is done to repairs as well as roof replacements/installation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked my way up from labor, to full mechanic, to forman, supervisor, GM, estimator/sales, to owning this company.
