FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free, and im extremely competitive with your bigger named companies. Also if a full roof replacement is requested from my website there is a $500 coupon!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming out taking measurements, assessing all issues, taking pictures, discribing the materials and process with samples and demonstratings. This is down to repairs as well as roof replacements/installation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked my way up from labor, to full mechanic, to forman, supervisor, GM, estimator/sales, to owning this company.
