- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-focused. We start with a quick call or message to understand your needs, then schedule a free on-site inspection. After that, we provide a clear, detailed estimate with photos and recommendations. Once approved, we handle scheduling, materials, and the full installation or repair. Throughout the project, we keep you updated and make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
