This company did an awesome job on my Carpet and sectional! To start off I have been using another company for several years, they had no appointments available before the holiday so I went on thumbtack and found Dr. Clean Master , I contacted them and they came out a day later! The price was also cheaper then what I was previously paying. I already set up another appointment to get my mattress cleaned. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality work with a very reasonable cost!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to introduce our company and technicians who will be coming to their home. We make sure there are no allergies to any of the shampoos or stain removal product we will be using, in addition we explain how our machine works and the aftercare of the service!

Each technician goes for training until we considered them " qualified "
