Steve was excellent. Showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate right away. He had all parts and was able to fix both our outside outlets that stopped working. We would definitely call Thomas Edison again when we need any electrical work.

I was glad they were able to come the next day. They let me know when the tech, Eddy was coming (they also sent his picture and gave a background) and when to expect him. Eddy, the tech, did put on booties before coming into the house. He also went through the house to see where the power went out. And he explained how it works, regarding the cost of the service call, what it costs for the diagnostic testing as well as if something needed to be replaced the added cost I.e. replacing the circuitbreaker, etc. It didn't take long for him to fix it and check the outlets and switches to make sure they were active.

We believe that the best estimate comes from our expert electrician being on site with you. Every home is unique, and we want to ensure that we are quoting you accurately and that you and your property receive the highest level of service possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our expert electricians live and work in your community daily with trucks stocked. We come directly to you and our electricians’ goal is to complete the job today. If we don’t have the part on the truck, we will look to obtain it from our inventory or from one of our suppliers that same day. Once again, our goal is to complete the job today.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expert, licensed, and insured electricians complete ongoing training to stay current with the latest electrical codes and safety standards. They also participate in Generac and other generator certification programs to ensure top-quality service.
