We had just moved into a townhouse in Doylestown and the place was filthy. I am currently going through cancer treatments and with my compromised immune system I needed to have the place cleaned as soon as possible. 2 employees of the company came out the day after I spoke to them on the phone and gave me a very good price to initially deep clean then another very good price to clean every 2 weeks while walking through the house with me to show them what I needed done. 2 women employees came the next day and did a fantastic job. They did everything I asked them to do and worked together to get it done fast and efficiently. The house looks beautiful and disinfected. I am very pleased with their work and looking forward to have them maintain the cleaning of my house for a long time. Thank you Katie!

This is my first experience with a housecleaning service, and let me say, I was VERY impressed. First, Kate was very prompt in getting back to me on my request, letting me know that she was on a job but would answer in more detail at the end of the day. Second, she did indeed respond at the end of the day, as she said she would. She and her team came out within a couple days to give me an estimate, and I had an appointment with them within a couple of weeks. And let me make clear that the lag time was my fault: I was getting quotes from other services as well. I ultimately chose Kate's service for a combination of price, services offered, and they LOVED my cats! Hey, never underestimate the power of a personal connection.
They were very thorough in their cleaning: they rolled up the plastic floor protectors in my office and the area rug in my back bedroom to clean the whole floor in both rooms, cleaned under bookcases, beds, and other hard-to-reach places under furniture, cleaned my woodwork, my doors, reorganized my bathroom cabinets (which I did not ask them to do; they took it on themselves. Now I know what I actually have in those cabinets!), inside my kitchen appliances. They even remade my bed; it looked like a fancy hotel room bed! My bathroom has never looked so good. You get the idea. And even after working so hard on their cleaning, they took the time to leave nice little details like bows on my tissue boxes (see picture), and folding the corners on my toilet paper and paper towel rolls, again like in a hotel.
In short (which clearly this has not been), I will be hiring Kate and her team again.

Very good weekly/biweekly service. No complaints. I had to stop service recently due to finances being tight with a new baby coming but when things settle we will start service here again!
