- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My objective is to provide high-quality life coaching at an affordable rate. The rate shown on the Thumbtack profile is for a single session, however the rate will be reduced based on the number of sessions you choose. I will always be as flexible as possible. I also offer all new potential clients a free coaching session so you can learn more about me, ask questions and allow us to discuss your coaching needs in greater detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are five steps used when working with new clients: Self-Discovery Process We begin the process with a comprehensive self-discovery exercise that can help you to uncover your true wants and needs. The exercise is also designed to help you uncover any areas of your life that may be out of balance within your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of your life. Self-Discovery Evaluation We’ll discuss in detail the findings of the exercise and identify what’s working well, and what’s not working as well as you’d like in each of these key areas. Prioritization Next, we’ll then begin to explore and refine the wants, needs, and goals that are missing from your life and prioritize them based on those that are most important to you. Action Plan We’ll then co-create a practical, step-by-step action plan that can help lead you toward a future that honors your truest self. Action Plan Progress Lastly, we’ll connect during follow-up sessions to gauge your progress, discuss any roadblocks you may be encountering, and continue to refine your path forward, while celebrating your wins along the way!
