- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are very reasonable, and are determined based on each unique project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Generally I will discuss what is needed with the client. Once I have an understanding of what is needed, I begin the design process. I will present at least a few different concepts, get feedback, and then incorporate any desired changes. This process continues until the client is happy with the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have Bachelors of Fine Art (BFA) in Graphic Design.
