- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting price shown is just an estimate. Almost all jobs are priced depending on size of the surface that needs to be cleaned, so each job will vary in price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that everything should be smooth and easy for the customer to be able to get a quote and schedule within a few minutes. Once I receive a call or inquiry I'll get a few bits of information from the customer. Mainly the services needed, and an address. From there it'll take just a few minutes to come up with a quote to send out to the customer. Once the quote is received by the customer they can review it immediately. If accepted it will lead the customer into an agreement they can approve right from their phone. When the job is scheduled and completed the customer will get a message and be able to pay their invoice on the phone, or computer by card.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to own a mobile detail business when I was younger and I also used to test fire hose. So I've always been around high-pressure hoses and working with various tools in the cleaning world.
