Plumbing Pipe Repair
I was charged $279.00 to “power snake my kitchen sink drain”. After maybe an hour and a half the tech suggests that the pipe may be busted and that the floor needs to be dug up to figure out how to proceed. The following day we had another plumber come out and actually power snake the drain and the blockage was cleared after about 30 minutes. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
