It was more expensive than I was expecting for the work done (snaking a drain - $435). But the guy I worked with was very helpful and even showed me where the blockage likely happened - there was a dip in one of the pipes in the basement where the water likely settled

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
